How do I get my download?

After you check out, you’ll get an instant download link (and usually a confirmation email with the same link). Save the PDF somewhere easy to find. Some bundles arrive as a zipped file — on a computer, right-click the file and choose Unzip / Extract. On a phone, use your device’s Files app to unzip, or open the email on a computer for the easiest experience.

Trouble finding the email? Check spam/promotions, then write support@lizadorabooks.com with your order email and approximate purchase time. We’ll help you get the file.

How should I print these?

Color print is recommended so the watercolor art shows up the way it was painted. Cardstock is lovely for 3-part cards and clip cards; regular paper is fine for posters and worksheets. Laminate cards if you want them to last through many little hands. You may print as many copies as you need for your permitted use (see classroom question below).

Are there refunds?

No. Because these are digital downloads, all sales are final and we cannot issue refunds once a file has been delivered. (See Terms & Conditions §6.)

If something is wrong with your file or you can’t download it, that is not a lost cause — email support@lizadorabooks.com and we’ll do our best to fix the access problem.

Can I use these in my classroom?

Yes — for a single classroom (or your own household / one daycare group). That’s the standard license that comes with your purchase.

Not included: sharing the files with other teachers, posting them on a shared drive, or rolling them out school-wide or district-wide. For multi-classroom, campus, or district use, see Schools & licensing or email schools@lizadorabooks.com.
